Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
VERRI LLC operates Verri AI and is responsible for the processing described in this notice. Contact support@verri.cc for privacy questions, data requests or concerns.
2. Information we process
We process your Discord user ID, the identity information returned during login, language and voice preferences, favorites, uploaded media or attachment links, submitted text, cloned-voice identifiers and names, generated media, job status and credit transaction records. Hosting and infrastructure services may process technical connection and security logs. For purchases, we also process Discord entitlement identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status and related credit fulfillment records. For Stripe purchases, we store checkout session and payment identifiers, payment status and credit fulfillment records linked to your Discord account. We do not receive or store your full payment card details from Discord or Stripe. For beta access, we store your Discord account ID, submitted use case, application status and review history. These are used to review applications, manage capacity and enforce access decisions.
3. Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate approved users, perform tasks you request, return results, manage preferences and credits, troubleshoot failures, handle support requests and prevent abuse. The app receives submitted commands and attachments; it does not require access to your general channel message history.
4. Service providers
Discord provides authentication, command delivery, result messages and its purchase checkout. Stripe provides website payment processing when you choose that checkout. Vercel hosts the application and task dispatch; Cloudflare R2 stores media; Neon PostgreSQL stores application records. MiniMax international receives the text and voice information needed for speech synthesis and voice-cloning samples for requested cloning. Our GPU infrastructure processes lip-sync media. Provider processing may occur in different countries; this notice does not promise a particular country of storage or provider retention period.
5. Visibility
Generation replies are configured as private Discord replies. Cloned voices and their saved previews are account-scoped. Official-voice sample previews are shared across users. Download links grant access to anyone holding them until they expire, and recipients can retain downloaded copies. A link expiring does not mean the underlying file has been deleted.
6. Retention and deletion
Temporary incoming R2 uploads expire after one day. Verified ordinary uploads become eligible for cleanup after one day only when no active or review task needs them and any referring ordinary tasks have been completed or failed for at least one day. Ordinary completed-task output video and audio are eligible for deletion seven days after each object is stored; other task artifacts become eligible after one day and at least one day after task completion or failure. Cleanup is asynchronous and may occur later. Active and review tasks, voice-cloning tasks and their source recordings, shared official-voice previews, private cloned-voice previews and the retained media directory are excluded from this cleanup. Task records, cloned-voice references and credit records have no universal automatic deletion deadline. Download access may end before a link expires if the underlying file reaches its retention deadline. Copies saved in Discord messages or downloaded by a recipient are outside this R2 cleanup policy. You can request access, correction or deletion at support@verri.cc; we verify ownership and assess applicable obligations and provider-held copies.
7. Your choices
You can change saved preferences and request help with account data. Removing the app from Discord does not automatically delete previously stored task records or media. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. Do not send passwords or API keys with a support request.
