Terms of Service

1. About Verri AI
Verri AI is operated by VERRI LLC. We provide lip-sync video generation, text-based voiceover and permission-based voice cloning through Discord. The service is currently restricted to approved users. By using Verri AI, you agree to these terms. Contact support@verri.cc for service issues, misuse reports or questions.
2. Eligibility
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement, including any higher minimum age required where you live, and be authorized to use this service. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
3. Your content and permissions
Submit only content you own or are authorized to use. Obtain the necessary permission from the person whose voice or likeness you use. You retain your rights in your inputs and grant us permission to process, store and transmit them as needed to perform your requested tasks and provide the results.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, non-consensual intimate imagery or infringement of others’ rights. Do not present synthetic media as an authentic recording when that would mislead people. Report misuse through the published support contact.
5. Credits and generation
New users currently receive 100 video-only trial credits. Video generation costs 50 credits per minute, calculated by rounding up the actual output duration in seconds multiplied by 50/60. Text voiceover is included. Voice cloning costs 150 general credits; trial credits cannot pay for cloning. The confirmation screen shows an estimate and the amount to reserve. Unused reserved credits are released on settlement. Failed tasks are refunded; tasks with an uncertain outcome may retain the reservation pending review. Estimates are not guaranteed output durations.
6. Purchases
Approved users can purchase a Verri 500 Credits pack through Discord or, when available, our Stripe checkout for 500 general credits. This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. The selected checkout provider displays the applicable currency, price and any taxes and processes the payment. Purchased credits can be used for video generation or voice cloning within Verri AI. Test purchases do not fund your usable balance. For missing credits, billing issues or refund requests, contact support@verri.cc with your Discord user ID and purchase reference; do not send card details. Requests are reviewed with the relevant payment provider purchase record. A reversed or refunded purchase may pause new generation while used credits and the remaining balance are reconciled. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies required by applicable law.
7. Results and service availability
AI outputs may contain errors or artifacts. Review results before publishing or relying on them. Do not use the service for emergency or other high-stakes decisions. Availability and output quality are not guaranteed, subject to applicable law. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect the service.
8. Updates and contact
Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. Contact VERRI LLC at support@verri.cc for assistance or to report misuse.
